PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer that can prevent conductor wires from being damaged in the case of placing coils without the need for cost increase and process increase due to provision of new components so as to suppress deterioration in the reliability and durability. SOLUTION: A pole piece 31 is placed on a lower case 21. The pole piece 31 has an iron core 32 and a base 33. A bobbin section 24 extends from the lower case 31 toward an inner space of a case 1 so as to surround the outer circumference of the iron core 32 and is split into parts in a circumferential direction of the iron core 32. The bobbin section 24 consists of a base 26 and an extension part 27. The pole piece 31 is pressed from the upper part of the lower case 21 to be inserted to the lower case 21 and placed while the bobbin section 24 is inserted into a hole of the base 33 and the bobbin section 24 is placed on the outer circumferential part of the iron core 32. A coil 41 is configured by winding a conductor wire 42 on the extension part 27 of the bobbin section 24.
