PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth spring structure for eliminating the need for providing a projection section at a cover made of a magnesium alloy. SOLUTION: An earth spring 11 having spring pieces 43 and 44 is arranged between an upper cover 3 and a first circuit board 5 for earth connection, and at the same time a support is composed by upper and lower plane sections 45 and 46 of the earth spring and a rear section 41 for supporting the first circuit board on the upper cover 3 via the earth spring. Parts made of a resin can be pinched by clip pieces 40 and 40 of the earth spring 11.
