<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device with a multi-timer capable of setting a free timer setting value without being influenced by resolution of a base timer value setting register 13 by hardware. SOLUTION: A control logic 21 is provided with an arithmetic circuit 31 to calculate a comparison value this time according to an overflow value of the base timer setting register 13, a timer setting value set in a timer setting value register 14 and a comparison value calculated in the previous time, an arithmetic result storage register 32 in which the calculated comparison value is set and a comparator 33 to generate interruption according to coincidence between the base timer value of the base timer value setting register 13 and the comparison value set in the arithmetic result storage register 32.</p> |
