PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for parallel processing which can increase the execution efficiency of a job. SOLUTION: If an unexecuted job which desires to be executed by one computer is absent when the computer reaches a job execution end stage, an unexecuted job to be allocated to the computer is searched for while the load state of all computers which perform parallel processing is taken into consideration.
