PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a homepage preparation support system by which a homepage is easily generated and the operation management of homepage contents is facilitated. SOLUTION: On a Web server 32, a database 31 and a form for input are prepared, browser software which uses the HTTP protocol displays the input form on the side of the client 2, and the input form is used to store in the database 31 a plurality of paragraphs which consists of documents and images and have position information on those documents and images and position information among those paragraphs as layout information on the homepage data.
