Pressure measurement device has a housing pipe (1) in which a pressure sensor (3) is tensioned by a screw element (7). A transfer element (4) is placed between screw and sensor for transfer of the axial tensioning force. A ratchet element (21) that is fixed relative to the housing meshes with a second ratchet element (41) to prevent rotation of the transfer element. Optimally the first ratchet element is fixed on a casing (2) with which the pressure sensor is centered in the housing pipe.
