PURPOSE: Provided is a thermotherapy and potential treatment mat which maximizes thermotherapy and potential treatment effect to relieve pains and improve various adjustment functions in a body. CONSTITUTION: The thermotherapy and potential treatment comprises the parts of: an upper sheet(10) which forms a natural cork layer to contact to a human body; a potential sheet(20) which includes textile sheet and carbon to generate minus voltage; a potential shielding pipe which prevents minus voltage from being lowered; a face pyrogen(50) which winds a coil around to radiate heat; an aluminium sheet(40a,40b) which isolates water vein to protect pyrogen; a grout protection layer(60) which prevents heat radiated from the face pyrogen from being dispersed to a lower side; a raw timber layer(70) which is formed by natural timber; and a bottom layer(80) which is formed by waterproof raw cloth.
