An ink filler for cartridge refill of an ink-jet printer is provided to fill the ink in the cartridge naturally by using a height difference between the ink tank and the cartridge. An ink filler for cartridge refill of an ink-jet printer comprises an ink tank(10) storing ink for cartridge refill and having an air vent(12) and an outlet(14) for discharging the ink, and a main body having first and second receiving parts which are connected through a tube and in which the ink tank and the cartridge are combined at different heights. When the cartridge and the ink tank are inserted in the first and second receiving parts, the ink in the ink tank is naturally filled down into the cartridge due to the height difference.
