The device (1) has two parts in which one part is integrated with a window glass (200) and another part is mounted to an end of a window glass support (120). The latter part has a maintaining hole whose section is complementary to a section of an end of the support. Blocking units transversally immobilize the support in the hole, and are arranged at an external portion of the latter part with respect to the support. The blocking units have elastically deformable parts projecting with respect to the hole and supporting against the support. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a window glass on a window glass support of a sector arm window glass regulator mechanism.
