The module has a series of panels comprising unitary radiating elements (ERij) developed at the level of dielectric layer (11). The elements are coupled to elementary filters (Fij) through elementary calibration couplers (Cij) and connected to elementary electric outputs through a connection network. The filters, the couplers and the elementary electric outputs are developed at a single layer (12). The radiating elements, the filters, couplers and the connection network are integrated within the dielectric layer.
