The invention concerns a hydropneumatic accumulator comprising a bladder (4) separating an internal cavity (3) of a casing into two compartments (3a, 3b). The cavity (3) is arranged in a cylindrical body (10) produced by moulding an elastomer and enclosed in a cylinder (20) made from a tube (21) closed at its two ends (21a, 21b) by flat cap members (22a, 22b) whereon are mounted valves (7, 9). One valve (7) communicates with the inside (3a) of the bladder, and the other valve (9) communicates with a hydraulic circuit. The body (10) has sealing rims (40a, 40b). The bladder (4) and the body (10) are preferably made in one single piece by moulding.
