PURPOSE: A system for issuing and recognizing a bank slip is provided to enable a clerk to process the cash payment and the non-bankbook transfer while seeing a screen by issuing the bank slip printed by an automatic slip issuer, picturing the issued slip and displaying the slip image on the clerk's monitor. CONSTITUTION: The system for issuing and recognizing the bank slip comprises the automatic slip issuer(10) issuing the slip by making a user select the slip used by the user and input the necessary writing information, a camera(20) generating an image file by picturing the detail information of the issued slip and a computer(31) displaying the detail information inputted by the user on the clerk's screen by recognition the image file generated by the camera. The automatic slip issuer comprises an input part(12) making the user input the detail information to the slip, a CPU(11), a monitor(13) displaying the inputting detail information to the user and a printer(14) printing out the slip recording the detail information.
