The arrangement has a frame with several adjacent columns (1) of equilateral triangular cross-section rotatably mounted and with their three surfaces able to be presented to the observer by rotation through 120 degrees each time, a drive and a control circuit. One or more columns are divided in length into two or more columns (2) of optional lengths and each column can be presented to the observer by a separate drive (3,4) with an associated control circuit (5) independently of the other columns.
