A liquid spawn inoculation device, comprising a transfer mechanism (2) for feeding a container (9) having cultivating containers (8) orderly stored therein in a plurality of rows in vertical and horizontal directions from an inlet side to an outlet side while intermittently feeding the cultivating containers (8), cover opening and closing mechanisms (12) opening and closing the covers (7) of the cultivating containers (8) in the container (9) fed intermittently by the transfer mechanism (2) for each lateral row and disposed, for each lateral row, in a plurality of rows apart specified distances from each other, and liquid spawn feed mechanisms (13) disposed in a plurality of rows to feed a specified amount of liquid spawn (B) into the cultivating containers (8) for each lateral row with the covers (7) opened by the cover opening and closing mechanisms (12) in the plurality of rows, whereby a stable spawn filling can be performed while increasing the efficiency of an inoculating operation and maintaining the amount of liquid spawn (B) fed into the cultivating containers (8) generally at a constant.
