A rotational inputting unit is provided to give the constant click feeling by improving the elastic force of the leaf spring distance between protrusion and the bent portion. The wheel inputs the information by rotation. The holder(20) supports in order to rotate the wheel. The recessed portion(12) is formed in one of the wheel and holder. The leaf spring(30) is supported by one of the wheel and holder and elastically supports the wheel in the rotational direction. Lubricant is interposed between the recessed portion and the leaf spring. The bent portion(32) elastically supports the protrusion(34).
