A scorched rice popcorn snack is provided to prevent the popcorn snack from easily getting wet and to maintain crispy taste for a long time. A method for manufacturing scorched rice popcorn snack comprises the steps of (a) heating unpolished rice, barley, polished rice, and black rice to 300°C with a popping device to obtain the scorched rice; (b) mixing wheat(artificial rice) 10kg, scorched rice 3kg, salt 40g and sodium saccharin 2g; and (c) heating the mixed scorched rice to 250°C with the popping device.
