An arrangement for pipe fitting, comprising a). a pipe coupling sleeve (10) made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, and b). an interior rubber-elastic seal (12) is made of an elastic material, wherein c). said seal (12) is provided with projecting radially inward relative to the sleeve sealing lips (14.1,14.2) at each end, characterized in that d). the sleeve (10) and seal (12) are bonded to each other at their interface (10i,12a) by chemical cross-linking. 2. The arrangement for pipe fitting of claim 1, wherein the seal (12) is made of ethylene/propylene-diene terpolymer. 3. The arrangement for pipe fitting of claim 1, wherein the sleeve (10) is made of a material based on at least one polyester. 4. The arrangement for pipe fitting of claim 1, wherein the sleeve (10) has a cylindrical inner surface (10i), and the seal has a cylindrical outer surface. 5. The arrangement for pipe fitting of claim 1, wherein the projecting sealing lips (14.1,14.2) are oriented inward inclined towards each other. 6. A method for producing the arrangement for pipe fitting of any preceding claim, wherein a). The seal outer surface is thermally treated up to the break of carbon chains of the sealing material, b). after that an adhesion promoter or a mixture of said adhesion promoter with the sleeve material are applied, if necessary, c). the glass fiber reinforced plastic is further applied to the seal outer surface, d). finally bonding the glass fiber reinforced plastic into place by polymerization under heat until full hardening. 7. The method of claim 6, wherein prior to heating its outer surface the seal is inserted into a form. 8. The method of claim 7, wherein the seal outer surface is treated by UV or IR radiation. 9. The method of claim 6, wherein the seal outer surface is heated to about 60 degree C. 10. The method of claim 6, wherein polyuerethane is used as the adhesion promoter. 11. The method of claim 7, wherein the form is longer that that of the seal length. 12. The method of claim 11, wherein an annular recess for seal is provided on a side surface of the form the ends of said form projecting behind the seal ends from both sides, the form ends are arranged on one line with seal outer surface. 13. The method of claim 6, wherein an annular recess for seal is provided and for two support profiles on both sides of the seal. 14. The method of claim 6, wherein a steel form is used.
