PURPOSE: A method for sending a message group using the SMS(Short Message Service) function of a mobile terminal is provided to transmit a group message to many persons at once using a group storage method. CONSTITUTION: A user executes an SMS mode through his/her mobile terminal(S11). After entering the SMS mode, the user searches for a plurality of receiver numbers or inputs them(S12). Then the user inputs a callback number or a stored number as the callback number(S13). After inputting the callback number, the user inputs a content or completes a short message using a stored content(S14). If the short message is completed, the mobile terminal makes the user select whether he/she will transmit the completed short message(S15). If the transmission of the short message is selected, the mobile terminal judges whether the short message is to be transmitted to many receiver numbers(S16).
