An energy saving air-conditioner of an outdoor unit integrated type is provided to reduce the malfunction as all cooling cycles are performed in an indoor and to increase the cooling efficiency as the piping distance is shortened. An energy saving air-conditioner of an outdoor unit integrated type comprises a cooling cycle consisting of a compressor(121), a condenser(122), and an expansion valve(123), and an evaporator(124). A fan of condenser(125) lowers the refrigerant temperature of the condenser inside. The cool air generated in the evaporator is blown from an upper pan(126) to an indoor. A housing has an outside duct(134) opened and closed with an outside damper(160), a main duct(132), an inner temperature and humidity sensor, an outdoor temperature sensor and an indoor temperature setting unit. A MPU controls the drive of a fan and the compressor according to a sensing result of the sensor. A switch fabric module controls the electric power supply of the outside damper, the electric power and the compressor according to a control signal of the MPU.
