<p>The inventive vessel comprises a high-strength body having a power unit provided with a turbine and a turbogenerator which are arranged therein, a cooler provided with a water vapour condenser and a pipe for pumping condensate. In order to improve operational characteristics of said submarine vessel by reducing a noise level, the power unit of turbogenerator type is provided with a closed cooling circuit using a light-volatile liquid and a working fluid condenser which is arranged outside the high-strength body of the submarine vessel and thermodynamically connected to the water vapour condenser by means of said closed cooling circuit. The turbogenerator and the water vapour condenser are arranged in an exhaust nozzle of the turbine of the power unit in such a way that they form a vacuum cavity, thereby reducing a transmission of acoustic oscillations to structural elements. The cooling of the turbogenerator unit is carried out by extracting heat from outboard water circulating in the working fluid circuit. Said outboard water is supplied to a light body by gravity. A significant decrease of the noise level is obtained by cutting a pipe supplying the outboard water and a circulation pump off the cooling system when the power unit operates in low power mode.</p> |
