摘要 An electrolyte membrane containing proton-conductive polymer is provided to reduce surface energy difference between materials included in the electrolyte membrane and steadily maintain interface formed by the materials during operation of the fuel cell. An electrolyte membrane comprises a porous substrate made of ultra-high microfiber and proton-conductive polymer which fills pores on the porous substrate. The proton-conductive polymer has hydrogen ion exchange groups. The hydrogen ion exchange groups are selected from the group consisting of sulfonic acid group, phosphoric acid group, hydroxyl group and carboxylic acid group. A method for manufacturing the electrolyte membrane includes the following steps of: preparing the porous substrate; and filling the pores of the porous substrate with proton-conductive polymer.
