A system for managing the whole logistics information flow on a distribution channel is provided to process the order receiving, ordering, warehousing/shipping between both parties and settlement at the same time, thereby maintaining the optimum total stock on the whole distribution channel. A database management module(130) loads information of a database(120) and manages recorded/stored information whenever it is modified or changed. A communication access module(140) performs the data communication with managers who belong to various financial institutions, branch offices and agencies. An access approval module(110) performs the login operations of the branch offices and agencies, refers to a company for a person's character and manages information. A logistics management module(160) collectively manages the generation of notes corresponding to the logistics flow and the history. Information corresponding to the logistics flow is notified to the person in charge through the communication access module. |
