PURPOSE: A door outside handle for motor vehicle is provided to achieve improved ride comfort by reducing noise caused due to wind and enhancing noise vibration harshness control during travel. CONSTITUTION: A door outside handle(20) comprises a handle housing(21) having a through hole and a pair of flanges arranged at the rear surface of the handle housing with the through hole formed between the flanges, wherein the handle housing is installed penetrating through an outer panel(11); and a handle lever(22) having an end interposed between flanges such that the handle lever is rotatable by a coupling shaft penetrating through the flanges, wherein the handle lever has the other end with a core groove(22b) formed into a predetermined depth. A sealing pad is bonded to the rear surface of the handle housing so as to seal the through hole formed at the handle housing. A core lid(40) is pressed into the core groove so as to seal the core groove. Thus, noise caused due to wind during travel is reduced and noise vibration harshness control is improved.
