The device has the drive (1a,1b) for a second rudder fin offset with respect to a first rudder fin (2) mounted near the first rudder fin on the aircraft's skin (4). Pivoting of the second rudder fin by the drive takes place exclusively via pivotable devices (5,6) arranged near the skin for transferring traction and/or pushing forces along the peripheral line of the aircraft's skin.
