PURPOSE: A headrest controller of a vehicle is provided to maintain specific interval by controlling a headrest front and back and to prevent damage of a driver by controlling the headrest. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling a headrest in a vehicle comprises a center bar(33) penetrating stays(31); a holder(35) fixed on a headrest(30); a fixing cap(37) combining the holder and the center bar; plural slots(32a,32b) formed on the center bar and the holder; pin holes(38) arranged on upper and lower portions of the slot of the holder; a spring pin(39) inserted to the pin hole by being mounted on the fixing cap; a cutting unit(34) formed on a lower portion of the holder; tap holes combined to the stay by being installed on the center bar; a sheet backrest supporting the center bar; and stop pins(36) mounted on upper and lower ends of an inner portion of the fixing cap. The stop pin is inserted to the pinhole of the holder for mounting the fixing cap. Thereby, the device for controlling the headrest in the vehicle maintains specific interval by controlling the headrest front and back for preventing damage of a driver.
