APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING FLAME FROM BEING DISCHARGED IN RADIANT TUBE BURNER

PURPOSE: A flame shielding apparatus for a radiant tube burner is provided to prevent a worker from being damaged due to flame by preventing flame from being discharged from a fuel gas supplying section. CONSTITUTION: A flame shielding apparatus includes a glass(15), a backfire shielding plate(16) and a fixing plate(14). A suction pump is connected to one end of a radiating pipe(60) through which an iron plate moves. A damper and a heat exchanger are provided to allow external air to be introduced into the flame shielding apparatus when the suction pump operates. A fuel supplying pipe(70) is connected to the radiating pipe(60) through the heat exchanger so as to receive air. An impeller(50) is connected to an inner portion of the radiating pipe(60) through the first flange(62) and a body tube(10) is connected to an inner portion of the impeller(50) through the second flange(52).
