PURPOSE: Structure for mounting a truck hinge in a vehicle is provided to improve torsional rigidity by reinforcing a combining portion between an extension panel and a side outer panel. CONSTITUTION: Structure for mounting a trunk hinge of a vehicle comprises a trunk hinge(3) combined to a recessed portion of an extension panel(4) by a bolt(7); a hinge bracket(6a) reinforcing chassis rigidity of the trunk hinge by being mounted on a lower portion of the extension panel; and a side outer panel(5) attached to the extension panel. The hinge bracket is extended to a combining portion between the extension panel and the side outer panel by changing a shape of the hinge bracket. Load transferred to a trunk hinge-mounting unit(M) is equally dispersed into the extension panel and the side outer panel. Thereby, the structure for mounting the trunk hinge of the vehicle improves torsional rigidity by reinforcing the combining portion between the extension panel and the side outer panel. Moreover, the structure for mounting the trunk hinge increases efficiency of a component by using the hinge bracket.
