DEVICE FOR PREVENTING SEPARATION OF HOOK

PURPOSE: A device for preventing separation of a hook is provided to prevent separation of a rack from a hook while stamping material by material charging basket and to prevent an accident. CONSTITUTION: A hook separation preventing device comprises a guide hole(36) formed on a pair of supporting brackets(30); a touch driving roll(31) damping impact of a weight roll(29); a damp spring(32) compressed while placing the weight roll by being mounted on a damping bar; a combining pin(27) mounted on a winding hook(6); a locking base(20) rotating around the combing pin; a stopper(28) winded on a side portion of the winding hook; and a spring(22) reducing impact by resilient force. The winding hook is dropped by locating a material-charging basket on a winding position. Then, the locking base is rotated around the combing pin to open an entrance of the winding hook. The spring is compressed between the stopper and a vertical supporting bar. Thereby, the hook separation-preventing device prevents separation of a winding rack from the winding hook while stamping material through the material-charging basket.
