1. A urinal bowl waste outlet device including one-way valve means mountable so as to be removable from within the urinal bowl, wherein said one-way valve means does not trap fluid within the device. 2. A device according to claim 1, wherein the one-way valve means is openable to allow the passage of waste fluid from the urinal bowl and closable to block the passage of gas in an upstream direction. 3. A device according to any preceding claim, wherein said one-way valve means opens by means of an automatic reversible deformation in shape. 4. A device according to any preceding claim, including a sheath member for housing the one-way valve means and connectable at an outer portion thereof with the head of a general waste pipe system. 5. A device according to claim 4, including a retaining member for releasably retaining the one-way valve means in place inside the sheath member. 6. A device according to any preceding claim, including an anti-spatter matter. 7. A device according to any preceding claim, including a perfumed or deodorising element. 8. A device according to claim 6, including a perfumed or deodorising element housed substantially within the anti-spatter matter. 9. A urinal bowl waste outlet device/ including: (i) one-way valve means removable from the device; (ii) a sheath member for housing the one-way valve means, wherein said sheath member is designed- at an outer portion to connect with a head of a general waste pipe system of the urinal; and (iii) a retaining member for releasably retaining the one-way valve means in place inside the sheath member. 10. A device according to claim 9, including an anti-spatter member, wherein the retaining member releasably retains the anti-spatter member. 11. A urinal according to claim 9 or 10, wherein the waste outlet device comprises a perfumed or deodorising element. 12. A urinal according to claim 10 or 11, wherein the perfumed or deodorising element is housed substantially within the anti-spatter member. 13. A urinal bowl waste outlet device including one-way valve means mountable so as to be removable from the urinal bowl and a deodorising element. 14. A device according to claim 13, including mounting means for mounting the deodorising element above the one-way valve means. 15. A device according to claim 14, including an anti-spatter member, wherein the mounting means is designed to mount -the anti-spatter member above the one-way valve means with the deodorising element within the anti-spatter member. 16. A urinal fitted with a device according to any preceding claim. 17. A method of operating a urinal equipped with a waste outlet device according to any one of claims 1 to 15 substantially without a continuous or intermittent supply of flushing water. 18. A urinal bowl waste outlet device substantially as described herein with reference to Figs. 2 to 6 of the drawings. |
