An expert introduction and appointment system comprises a server (10), an expert terminal (12), and client terminal (14), the two terminals (12, 14) being connected to the server (10) through a network. The expert inputs data such as the expert's attributes and the schedule through the terminal (12), and the client inputs data such as the client's attributes, the request to the expert's attributes, and the appoint date that the client requests through the terminal (14). The server (10) stores the inputted data about the expert in a database, searches for an optimum expert according to the data inputted by the client, and presents the expert who can meet the client on the requested date to the client.
