The inventive solution is included in the aesthetic treatment apparatus fiel d. Subject matter of the present invention is an apparatus (1) for lipolysis fo r aesthetic treatment comprising at least a high frequency electrical generato r (2), at least a first electrode (3), that can be applied on a zone of the bo dy to be subjected to the aesthetic treatment and at least a second electrode ( 4) that can be applied on a neutral zone of the body. The apparatus (1) is also provided with means (5, 6) for the electrical connection of each electrode ( 3, 4) to the generator (2) and with thermo-adjustment means, operatively active at least on the first electrode (3).
