Method of manufacturing grain oriented electrical steels

The method is aimed at a final recrystallization annealing of grain-oriented electrical steels. The recrystallization annealing consists of a short-time stage of the continuous annealing focused on cultivating the final coarse-grained microstructure with Goss preferred crystallographic orientation throughout the all thickness of the sheet. The second stage of the recrystallization annealing is realized at the bell furnace annealing conditions aimed to refining and dissolution of the secondary particles system. Such a procedure will produce the grain-oriented electromagnetic steel with improved properties of energy and time savings compared with the conventional procedure of recrystallization annealing.
