A fluid emergency shutdown device to closing a breakage of a ship is provided to reduce the energy consumption according to the weight increase of the ship since semi-permanently, it is able to shut the breakage of the ship. A fluid emergency shutdown device comprises: a bottom part sealing a breakage(B) of a ship(1) and having an opening surrounding the outer circumference of the breakage; a packing member(110) including an inner wall covering the inner circumference of the bottom part and an exterior wall covering the circumference of the bottom part; a permanent magnet(120) sticking the packing member to the ship and settled on the bottom part; a cover member(130) screwed with the permanent magnet, accommodated within the permanent magnet, including a handle curve-cut based on a hinge on the top and a packing member on the bottom, and having a stoppage groove in which the fluid stops.
