An expansion cage system between the vertebral bodies and a method for mounting the same are provided, which enable to control the extent that height and width are expanded. A method for mounting the expansion cage system between the vertebral body comprises: a forward cap selection step for selecting the diameter of the forward cap which expands the expansion expected region(150) to the outer side of the main body(100) to be corresponded to the interval between the vertebral bodies; a main body mounting step for mounting the main body on the interval between the vertebral bodies; an expansion expected region extension step; a planting step for implanting the backbone fused implant to the rear side of the perforation part; a rear cap mounting step for sealing the main body; and a fixing step for fixing the fixed blade to the vertebral body.
