<p>The invention concerns a method and a device for acquiring an electronic document using a memory (3) smart card (2) with electronic payment function (4) and a sales terminal (6) of said document, the method consisting in: (a) prior introduction into said memory of a non-validated document, acquisition by validation, and of a function for acquiring (7) the document, independent of the electronic wallet function (4); (b) communicating the sales terminal with the independent acquisition and electronic wallet of the card; (c) an instruction for acquiring the document transmitted via the terminal with acquisition function; (d) verifying whether the document to be validated is present in the card and its authenticity; (e) verifying in the electronic wallet for acquisition of the document whether the amount is present and authentic; (f) if steps (d) and (e) are positive, simultaneous transmission of a global agreement signal to each of the functions (4, 7) for simultaneously validating the document as acquired document and for debiting the electronic wallet by the amount of the acquisition.</p> |
