<p>A disk (6) is rotated through a half turn in a horizontal plane in one direction by a motor (7) and then in the opposite direction through a half turn. Two servomotors (8, 9) are disposed on the upper surface of the disk (6) symmetrically with respect to the rotary shaft of the disk (6). Drive shafts (22, 23) driven by the two servomotors (8, 9) extend downward through the disk (6) to move hanging members (K, M) vertically. The two hanging members (K, M) are each provided at the lower end with a clamper (32). The clamper (32) is provided with a vacuum adsorption pad (35) in the bottom surface and with a pneumatic cylinder (28, 29) in the upper surface. The pressure of compressed air fed to the pneumatic cylinder is controlled by a pressure adjusting mechanism (38).</p> |
