<p>PURPOSE: A removal method of milky particles generated from steel slag is provided to lower the pH of milky suspension using carbon dioxide by means of additive. CONSTITUTION: In the process which forms drainage and load layers at the upside of soft ground and drains after treatment, the drainage and load layers are made of steel slag and lower the pH to the extent of 4.8-5.5 by aerating carbon dioxide to milky suspension in water collection tank.</p> |
