SUBSTANCE: facility includes tunnel shield with mechanism for processing of ground, shield hydraulic jacks, moulding forms with hydraulic jacks for their displacement, moulding ring and branch pipe to feed concrete mixture. Facility is fitted with expanding mechanism located on side of tail part of moulding forms and movably joined to forms. It is manufactured in the form of semi-rings interlinked by means of hydraulic jacks. One semi-ring is equipped with columns, free end of each column has carrying roller mounted for interaction with internal surface of poured-in-place pressed lines of underground structure. EFFECT: increased efficiency and productivity of operation of facility in soft, quick grounds. 3 dwg |
