SUBSTANCE: composition comprises the following components for epoxy-diane resin: aminoalkylimidazoline as a hardening agent, butylglycidyl ester and a product of condensation of diethylene glycol with epichlorohydrin. The combination of components in the definite ratio provides the high adhesion index, i. e. pulling out strength of needle stock from propylene head is 90-96 H and the improved values of necessary viscosity, thixotropy and nontransparency. The proposed epoxy-gluing composition is recommended for gluing different materials, among them gluing in metallic needle stocks to polymeric head in production of disposable injection needles used in medicine.
