A gas turbine arrangement using energy from the combustion of organic materials heats a thermolyzer (8) with turbine (1) exhaust gas (7) and is fed with combustible fuel (15) from the thermolyzer. A gas turbine arrangement using energy from organic materials comprises a tube (7) leading turbine (1) exhaust gas to a thermolyzer (8) for indirect heating and leading the gas stream (15) from the thermolyzer for combustion in the turbine after passing though a purifier (16), a store (17)and a pump (18). The thermolyzer has a heating mantle (9), feeder (11) and coke remover (12). An Independent claim is also included for a process as above of using thermolysis gas by direct injection into the gas turbine and using the turbine exhaust gas to heat the thermolyzer.
