FIELD: physics, measurement. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of radiography, in particular to measurement of residual and working stresses by nondestructive method in large-sized units and parts from polycrystalline materials, and also in hard-to-access areas. In process of nondestructive check performance by X-ray method, radiation quanta, reflected from metal crystals or passing through part, arrive to active surface of sensitive elements and are transformed into electric signals. Electric signal is supplied to counter connected to sensitive element, which codes it and sends to information processing unit, and then to display or printing device in the form of picture or alphanumeric information. ^ EFFECT: reduced dimensions of coordinate detector of X-ray (radiation induced) emission, higher accuracy of measurements. ^ 1 dwg |
