SYSTEM FOR PREVENTING DISCHARGE OF BATTERY

PURPOSE: A system for preventing discharge of a battery is provided to prevent a discharging phenomenon of the battery by turning off lamps of a vehicle after a predetermined interval when an engine of the vehicle is turned off and the lamps of the vehicle are turned on. CONSTITUTION: A switching portion(23) performs a switching operation in order to supply DC power source from a battery(21) to a lamp portion(20). An engine drive sense portion(28) senses a driving state of an engine in a vehicle. An optical sensor portion(27) detects intensity of light at the outside of the vehicle. A lamp drive control portion(22) compares a reference signal with an electric signal transmitted from the optical sensor portion(27) and turns on or off the switching portion(23) according to the compared result. The engine drive sense portion(28) detects a driving state of an engine according to an RPM(Revolutions Per Minute) signal of the engine and transmits a predetermined electric signal to the lamp drive control portion(22). The lamp drive control portion(22) controls the switching portion(23) and the lamp portion(20) according to signals received from the optical sensor portion(27) and the engine drive sense portion(28).
