SUBSTANCE: portable petrol saw has an engine with a sawing unit, bed frame with a tubular section attached to the engine body through springs, front and rear handles, stop. The front handle located on the tubular section of the bed frame has three equidimensional built-up cylindrical tubes, whose thickness makes up 0.15 to 0.20 of the diameter of the bed frame tubular section. The bed frame section that carries the rear handle has windows with stiffening ribs between them, and the rear handle has the shape of a truncated trapezoidal prism with side ribs in the form of circles, whose thickness makes up 0.30 to 0.35 of the width of the windows of the saw bed frame. The control handles are made of elastic polymeric material with spherical-shaped gas cells of a different diameter. EFFECT: reduced level of vibration by 2-3 times as compared with the saws of full-scale production. 4 dwg
