The reservoir container (1) has a material inlet (3) and water inlet (2) from a tank (9). A stirrer (5) agitates the material mixture and a pump (8) drives it through a filter (10) and flow rate sensor (12) which controls a valve (15) to divert the flow through another sensor (16) controlling the speed of the pump.
