A connection structure, comprising a column of box shape in cross section, a split tee installed on the outer surface thereof, and a high tension bolt inserted from the outside of the split tee and tightened to a nut to connect the column to the split tee, a method of fixing the nut to the inside of the column of box shape in cross section, and a torsia high tension bolt capable of tightly connecting with a controlled tension and a connection method for steel members using the torsia bolt; the connection structure, wherein the nut is fixed to the column of box shape in cross section by the connection of a sleeve fixed to a washer integrally formed with the nut to a sleeve as a nut holding member from the outside of the column; the torsia high tension bolt, comprising a pin tail for controlling a torque at the tip thereof.
