PURPOSE: A dielectric ceramic composition for microwave devices, (1-x)PbWO4 + xTiO2 (0<=x<=0.3), is provided, which has high quality factor(Qxfo), dielectric characteristics, low temperature coefficient of resonance frequency, and low sintering temperature. CONSTITUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition for microwave devices such as patch antenna, filter, duplexer, etc. comprises (1-x)PbWO4 + xTiO2 (0<=x<=0.3) as main component and 1-3wt.%(based on the composition) of CuO and B2O3 to improve sintering property and quality factor(Qxfo). The characteristics of resultant composition are as follows: (a) a dielectric constant is 21-26, (b) Qxfo>=30000, (c) a temperature coefficient of resonance frequency is a controllable value on the base of 0ppm/deg.C, and (d) a sintering temperature is 850deg.C.
