PURPOSE: A dual wavelength fiber laser is provided, which does not need an additional pump light source for dual wavelength laser operation, and solves the problems of an insertion loss and a coupling loss of a pump light source without using a Mach-Zehnder waveguide coupler. CONSTITUTION: The first and the second active optical fiber(36,37) cause an inductive scattering as to a pump light source(100), and a WDM(Wavelength Division Multiplexing) fiber coupler(33) inputs a wavelength of the pump light source and outputs laser oscillation wavelengths(lambda1,lambda2) by being connected with the first and the second active optical fibers. The first resonator unit(38) comprises the first active optical fiber and short period gratings(31a,31b,31c) of the first group and oscillates the first wavelength(lambda1). The second resonator unit(39) comprises the second active optical fiber and short period fiber gratings(32a,32b) of the second group. A long period fiber grating(35) has a high loss as to the first and the second wavelength, and is located between two resonator units, and removes an interference between two resonator units. And a pump light source reflector unit(34) reflects a pump light(Ip) to be re-incident on the first and the second active optical fiber by being connected to a laser output port of the WDM fiber coupler.
