PURPOSE: A system and method for transmitting messages by a match of a transmitting condition and a receiving condition is provided to make messages transmitted and received between users only in case that a preset transmitting conditions are matched with a preset receiving condition. CONSTITUTION: An MMTS(Match Message Transfer System)(105a) consists of a service schema server(110), a match server(120), and a message processing server(130). The service schema server(110) records and manages basic selections, such as the number of condition fields for a specific service, the name and pattern of each condition field, identification code types, match patterns, etc., for services to be constructed, based on the MMTS. The match server(120) stores receiving conditions, established by users, in the form of indexes, based on the condition fields and match patterns of the service schema server(110). In case that a message is transmitted, the match server(120) judges whether a receiving condition matched with the transmitting condition of the transmitted message exists among the stored receiving conditions. If the matched receiving condition exists, the match server(120) transmits the address of the message box of the user of the receiving condition to the message processing server(130). The message processing server(130) enables a user to use at least one message box and to set up a receiving condition for each message box.
