FIELD: packing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: reservoir has opening and dosing closure. Closure comprises body having drain, which forms dosing opening and has external surface and internal surface, cover, having plugging element of drain closure, the first engaging surface on external or internal surface of drain, the second engaging surface on closure element for engagement of the first engaging surface of drain, and diversion channel passing through one of the first or second engaging surfaces. Method consists in reduction of moisture accumulation in package of product and includes the following stages: some amount of product is placed in reservoir, product is heated, and internal atmosphere in closed drain somewhat expands under action of heat and goes out from diversion channel into external atmosphere. Then package is cooled by irrigation with cold water, and external atmosphere comes into closed drain via diversion channel into internal atmosphere in closed drain during cooling of package. Pressure of internal atmosphere in closed drain starts reducing due to reduction of unsteady difference of pressure between internal atmosphere in closed drain and external atmosphere. ^ EFFECT: reduced amount of water or water steam in closed drain, pressure is balanced between internal atmosphere in closed drain and external atmosphere, and water steam gradient is removed from closed drain through diversion channel. ^ 5 cl, 11 dwg |
