SUBSTANCE: packer is designed to separate pools, pipe and hole clearances, to insulate operational string of pipes against corrosive action of intrahole medium in process of running of oil, gas and gas condensate wells, to conduct repair and preventive maintenance operations in wells. Packer has body with rest and adapter, hollow shaft, sealing collars, shoe-centering mount, cone of bearing unit which pyramidal sides carry wedge dies mounted for movement along sides, stopping bushing. Packer is fitted with sleeve with spline grooves, hollow rod having thickening in its middle part for interaction with collar screw carrying thread on split part located opposite to internal thread in body. Adapter is installed inside sleeve and has spline protrusions and cylindrical base joined to hollow rod. Hollow shaft has variable section, its vertex is linked to collar screw and disc springs are placed between sealing collars on upper cylinder of hollow rod with thrust ring. Spring-loaded sleeve with outer cone corresponding to internal conical surface of shoe-centering mount is put in middle part of hollow shaft. Spring-loaded stopping bushing has annular groove and is mounted on lower cylinder of hollow shaft to limit radial movement of balls of locating arms placed in radial holes of cone of bearing unit and holding wedge dies each one of them being loaded with spring.
